An Introduction to Expert Witness Work in Family Law

Jacqueline has successfully run this course for several years. This training course is designed for psychologists who are currently undertaking expert witness work in Family Court, or who are considering doing so. Delegates will learn how the court process works and their role in it. Each will receive a copy of the Manual of Procedures, written by Jacqueline.

Case Management

This is an activity based course where delegates will work through a case from instruction to court appearance. It is an appropriate follow up to the introductory course, or as a stand alone for those who already have an understanding of the court process.
